We believe in giving our clients the skills they need to understand, implement, and make the best use of their NDIS plans. Our support coordinators work to provide the best outcomes for clients regarding their plans; and liaise with stakeholders and health professionals as needed. They also work to develop close, positive relationships with clients, and make sure they are getting all that they need.
Our staff understand that such support must be person-centred, and utterly fulfil the client’s needs. Our support coordinators work to ensure multiple supports are put into effect, increasing our clients’ capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, be more included in their communities, and live with greater independence.
