Our History

Holistic Horizons began with our first client in October of 2016. With the NDIS approaching, we saw that services needed to change; we envisioned support services that were more client-focused, revolving around their goals and their wishes.

We were then, and are now, determined to continue offering responsive, personal services as a family-run business. As the NDIS rolled out we continued to grow, as word of our fresh, client-centred approach reached more and more people.

In 2017, we added the Hub, to provide a respite facility and a base for group activities, continuing in our mission to ensure affordable services delivered to the highest quality.

We established an office in the Redcliffe Peninsula in 2019, and that same year began offering support coordination services, in addition to our community access, in-home, and respite services.

During 2020, we began assisting clients to transition into medium-term accommodation arrangements and supported independent living. In facilitating this, we acquired a package of accommodations and supports.

We now have multiple respite and SIL properties across Moreton Bay and the North Brisbane areas. In March of 2021, we opened an office in Caboolture to address our rapidly growing client base in that region.

We are always excited at the prospect of being better able to accommodate our clients’ needs, and we continue to strive for better. Our dedicated team is available to our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No matter the time or the situation, our carers are here.
