Home Care Packages

How Home Care Packages work.

The Home Care Package program is funded by the Australian Government and is broken up into 4 levels.
To be assessed and then assigned a HCP, you will need to contact My Aged Care https://www.myagedcare.gov.au/ to discuss your requirements, health and needs.
Once you are assessed, there will be a wait period (determined by My Aged Care) until you are assigned your funding. You may be asked to contribute to your package with a Basic Daily Fee, depending on your needs, and may be subject to an Income Tested Fee, which is determined by Services Australia.
